Dr. Heramba B. Rajbhandary, Executive Chairman founded Nepal Dairy Pvt. Ltd in 1979. While he was General Manager for Dairy Development Corporation he established several factories (Balaju, Biratnagar, Hetauda and several midhills Cheese factories). He was elected president of Nepal Private Dairy Association. He received MS and Ph.D. in Dairy Science from the University of Philippines.
Mr. Swarga M. S. Shrestha, Board of Directors co-founded ND in 1979. He has over 30 years of investment experience in the business and now predominantly focuses on investor relations, communications, and fast food development.
U. Adhikari, Board of Directors co-founded ND in 1979. He is responsible for the firm's legal, tax, financial accounting, and government matters.
Arniko Rajbhandary, Board of Directors joined ND in 1997 and focuses on dairy, bakery product processing. He started his career as an engineer with ND. He focuses on bringing new products and the production management efforts. Elected Executive Member at Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI)
Mr. J. B. Pradhan, Board of Directors joined ND in 2003 and focuses on managing investment, investor relations, and strategy. He designed the current Khumaltar factory and several ND's outlets.
